Service Manager / Sage Accpac ERP Version Compatibility

It is only possible to upgrade to Service Manager 5.6A from Service Manager 5.3A, 5.3B, 5.4A or 5.5A. If you are using a version of Service Manager earlier than 5.3A, you must upgrade to either 5.3A, 5.3B, 5.4A or 5.5A before upgrading to 5.6A.

Service Manager versions are only compatible with the same numeric version of Sage Accpac ERP.

Service Manager 5.1A is only compatible with any version of Sage Accpac ERP 5.1.
Service Manager 5.2A is only compatible with any version of Sage Accpac ERP 5.2.
Service Manager 5.3A and 5.3B are only compatible with any version of Sage Accpac ERP 5.3.
Service Manager 5.4A is only compatible with any version of Sage Accpac ERP 5.4.
Service Manager 5.5A is only compatible with any version of Sage Accpac ERP 5.5.
Service Manager 5.6A is only compatible with any version of Sage Accpac ERP 5.6.
