Product Updates are available for Service Manager 5.5A and the Employee Web Portal.

SERVICE MANAGER 5.5A PRODUCT UPDATE 1 BUILD 8

Product Update 1 Build 8 includes a number of enhancements and program fixes. Please read the Release Notes associated with this Product Update for further information.

NEW FEATURE: This build includes the new Request subsystem and Manager. This is a call center style application developed to support the soon to be released Customer Web Portal module. It does however function independently if the Customer Web Portal is not installed.

If you are already using Service Manager 5.5A, download the latest Product Update (PU1 Build 8).

A full restricted version of Service Manager 5.5A which includes PU1 Build 8, is available to all Business Partners who are registered on our website. Please log in to our website and then download the latest restricted version of Service Manager 5.5A from the Demos section of the Technisoft Download Center.
