Service Manager 5.6A PU1 Mandatory Product Update!

For all of those Business Partners who have downloaded Service Manager 5.6A please update all programs with Service Manager 5.6A PU1 immediately.

We received a report today involving an issue relating to credit note processing which was corrected immediately and has the capacity to significantly impact data. It is important that all End user installations or in-house use product be updated immediately with PU 1 please. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience but it is most important that all live sites are updated with this product update immediately.
