If upgrading from Service Manager version 4.2B, you first need to upgrade to Service Pack 3 for 4.2B and then it is possible to upgrade directly to Service Manager version 5.3A if required.
Service Manager version 4.2C is compatible with Sage Accpac ERP versions 4.2 and 5.0 only. It is not compatible with Sage Accpac ERP version 5.1 or 5.2.
Service Manager version 5.1A is compatible with Sage Accpac ERP version 5.1 only. It is not compatible with Sage Accpac ERP versions 4.2, 5.0 or 5.2.
Service Manager version 5.2A is compatible with Sage Accpac ERP version 5.2 only. It is not compatible with Sage Accpac ERP versions 4.2, 5.0 or 5.1.
Service Manager version 5.3A is compatible with Sage Accpac ERP version 5.3 only. It is not compatible with Sage Accpac ERP versions 4.2, 5.0, 5.1 or 5.2 . Service Manager version 5.3A will run with Sage Accpac ERP 5.3A or 5.3B.
Service Manager Version 5.3B is compatible with Sage Accpac ERP version 5.3 only. It is not compatible with Sage Accpac ERP versions 4.2, 5.0, 5.1 or 5.2. Service Manager version 5.3B will run with Sage Accpac ERP 5.3A or 5.3B.
Service Manager Version 5.4A is compatible with Sage Accpac ERP version 5.4 only. It is not compatible with Sage Accpac ERP versions 4.2, 5.0, 5.1, 5.2 or 5.3.
Service Manager Version 5.5A is compatible with Sage Accpac ERP version 5.5 only. It is not compatible with Sage Accpac ERP versions 4.2, 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 or 5.4.
