Technisoft will be holding two pre-conference training courses from August 15 to August 17:

Course A is a two & a half day full product course on Service Manager 5.5A which will include Service Manager fundamentals as well as the Employee Web Portal with CRM interface, Advanced Maintenance, mobile solutions and Report Manager. This course will run from August 15 to August 17 lunchtime. The course is recommended for those who have trained on Service Manager previously and wish to gain re-certification, as well as for new Business Partners or End users wishing to learn the secrets of using Service Manager and our Report Manager product. Cost C$625.

Course B is a half day sales and marketing course in the afternoon of August 17. It is open to Business Partners only. Cost C$125 or C$695 for both Course A & B. Two or more staff from one company doing both courses will cost only C$625 per student.

What a great partnership we had in Washington DC!

The weather was a bid cold for us Aussies, but nevertheless, Washington DC was a fascinating city to visit, with all the splendor you would expect from a city with so many famous landmarks.

Well, Laurie^* said it, and it is happening, ACCPAC IS BACK!! Yes, the Sage Accpac team is driving us all forward and it is making a difference.

Some of the highlights of the conference apart from keynotes from Laurie, included the keynote from the new President and CEO of Sage Software North America, Sue Swenson, who hopes to bring some valuable experience over the coming months. A great night was had by all at the awards night with master impersonator Frank Caliendo and of course many were reminded of their age at Wednesday night's Magical Mystery Tour with the Fab Four.

What a brilliant partnership we had this year and what a thrill it was to receive the Sage Accpac International, Inc. Development Partner of the Year 2007 award for North America. This recognition is always very welcome as our team works extremely hard to please our customers. We believe it is a reflection of the work our staff put into supporting both Business Partners and End Users alike, as well as the strong relationship we enjoy with Sage Accpac.
